One of the most important roles of Fairfield’s General Plan Update is to guide the location and amount of new housing and jobs growth in the City.The community’s aspirations (based on previous community outreach) are summarized in a Vision and Guiding Principles document.
This approximately ten-minute survey will give you an overview of three “land use alternatives,” which represent different strategies for accommodating new development in Fairfield. These alternatives were developed based on background studies, input from the community, the General Plan Advisory Committee, the Planning Commission and the City Council. Your feedback on these alternatives will help the planning team develop a preferred strategy for shaping growth in Fairfield. The survey will close 10/25.

Esta encuesta, de aproximadamente diez minutos de duración, ofrecerá una visión general de tres "alternativas de uso del uso de tierra", que representan diferentes estrategias para acomodar el nuevo desarrollo en Fairfield.
